Although deposits are non-refundable, they are necessary to hold your appointment and goes toward the cost of your hairstyle.
Hair is complimentary provided upon all braiding styles EXCEPT crochet styling a-and human hair. if you provide your own hair, the cost of style is still the same. If there are any special color requests, please notify me atleast 24 hrs BEFORE your scheduled appointment

Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked online through our official booking site. A non-refundable deposit is not necessary. However, a debit card is required to secure your appointment and may be charged for no-show, late cancellations, or services.
The service durations provided are approximate and may vary depending on head size, braid size, and braid length. Because detailed styles require additional time and precision, we ask that clients plan accordingly and avoid scheduling other commitments immediately after their appointment
Attendance Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and a cancellation fee will be applied, unless you’ve communicated with the salon in advance. Timely communication is appreciated and can help prevent unnecessary fees or disruptions.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged and restricted from booking future appointments.
Children’s Services
At this time, children’s pricing is no longer available. All services are priced according to the standard service menu, regardless of age. Thank you for understanding.
Refund Policy
All services and deposits are non-refundable. If you experience any issues with your service, please contact the salon within 48 hours so we can discuss a resolution.
Guest Policy
To ensure a comfortable and focused environment, please do not bring additional guests or children to your appointment unless they are being serviced.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit/debit cards and contactless payments. Payment plans via Afterpay or Affirm may be available depending on the service.
